Title: Poached Salmon with Asparagus and Kohlrabi Slaw

2 Leeks; white, lt. green onl
1cDry white wine
3tbFresh lemon juice
1 1/2tsSalt
1tbBlack peppercorns
1bnFresh oregano
4 Salmon fillets; skinless
20 Asparagus spears
6 Fresh dill; for garnish
